Get your minds out of the gutter! Since when has this ever been a dirty blog! This is a short, yet very important blog so do your best to power through! Picture this: You walk up to a door in America and it says "Push to open"...you push and voila! It opens! Exciting, and yet expected!
You walk up to a door in Bangkok and it says "push" and you have one of two choices. It is either completely right..or absolutely wrong. If you listen to that sign without the quick push-pull test, you may have just lost yourself a battle my friend. No one wants to deal with that embarrassing face-plant that will absolutely occur if you power walk up to a door and full-steam-ahead push it to open, just because the sign says so! You'll inevitably end up with a broken nose, and a loss of all your pride. So next time you walk up, run up, scurry up to a door in another country...be smart, and test the door. It may just save your vacation!
